NUTRITION: Why should you eat Avocados?

Avocados contain potassium, dietary fibre and fats.

Avocado oil alone is almost two-thirds (~71%) mono-unsaturated fatty acids, the "good fats" shown to lower LDL ("bad" cholesterol), and increase HDL ("good" cholesterol).


Potassium is a main health component of the fruit - a nutrient that helps promote healthy heart contraction & reduces high blood pressure.
